- Colored paper (your choice of colors for petals, leaves, stems, and wrapper)

Instructions:
Print the Template
Download and print the free template on white paper.
Cut Out the Template Pieces
Carefully cut out all the parts from the template: the gift wrap cone, petal shape, leaf, stem, and decorative tags with messages (“Love You” and “Thank You”), plus the blank tag for your own custom text.
Trace and Cut from Colored Paper
Using the template pieces, trace and cut the shapes from colored paper:
- 1 gift wrap cone
- 6 leaves
- 9 petals
- 3 stems
Choose colors that you love—bright reds, pinks, yellows, or any shade that inspires you.
Prepare the Gift Wrap Cone
Fold the cone along the dotted line. For accuracy, place the template directly on top of the colored paper piece and fold along the same line.
Attach the Stems
With the cone laid flat, glue the three stems in the center.

Each tulip bud is made from three petals. Fold two of the petals in half and glue them to the third petal. Repeat to make three buds.
