Materials Needed:

- White paper (for printing the template)
- Colored paper: white, black, brown, green
- Toilet paper roll
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Brown and black markers
- Optional: googly eyes
Instructions:
Print and Cut the Template
Download and print the free template on white paper. Carefully cut out each part.
Prepare the Colored Paper Pieces
Using the template as a guide, cut the following shapes from colored paper:
- 1 large white rectangle (panda’s body)
- 1 white head
- 2 black ears
- 2 black eye patches
- 4 black paws
- 1 brown bamboo branch
- 3 green leaves
Make the Bamboo Branch
Take the brown paper branch and draw a few simple lines using a brown marker to make it look more realistic. Then fold the green leaves in half for a 3D effect and glue them onto the branch.
Assemble the Panda’s Face
Glue the black ears to the top of the white circle (panda’s head). Add the black eye patches, then glue the eyes from the template on top — or replace them with googly eyes for more fun! Use a black marker to draw a cute nose and mouth.
Wrap the Toilet Paper Roll
Wrap the white rectangle around the toilet paper roll and secure it with glue. This forms the panda’s body.
Put It All Together
Glue the panda’s head on top of the body. Then attach the four black paws. Finally, glue the bamboo branch so it looks like the panda is holding it in its paws.
