- White paper or cardstock
- Colored paper (skin tone, blue, black, red, yellow)
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Colored pencils or markers
- Black marker
- Empty toilet paper roll
Instructions:
Download and Print the Template
Start by printing the free Superman template on white paper or cardstock.
Cut Out the Template Pieces
Carefully cut out all the pieces from the printed template.
Use the Template to Cut Colored Paper
Using the template pieces, cut out the following from colored paper:
- Skin tone rectangle (body base)
- Blue rectangle (suit)
- Black shape (hair)
- Yellow strip (belt)
- Two red triangles (underwear)
- Red cape
Color the Superman logo from the template with colored pencils or markers.
Assemble the Superman Body
Start by gluing the blue rectangle to the lower part of the skin tone rectangle.
Glue the black hair piece to the top of the skin tone rectangle.
Add the yellow belt on top of the blue suit.
Wrap Around the Toilet Paper Roll
Wrap the finished body piece around an empty toilet paper roll and glue it in place.
Add the Final Touches
Glue on the red triangles as Superman’s underwear.
Attach the colored Superman emblem to the chest.
Glue the red cape to the back of the roll.
