- Empty toilet paper roll
- White paper (for printing the template)

- Black, white, red, and blue construction paper (optional for extra decorations)
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Googly eyes (optional)
How to Make a Toilet Paper Roll Penguin:
Step 1: Print the Template
Download and print the free PDF template on white paper.
Step 2: Cut Out the Pieces
Carefully cut out all the template pieces, including the penguin’s belly, wings, beak, feet, bow, and eyes (if not using googly eyes).
Step 3: Cover the Toilet Paper Roll
Glue the white belly piece to the front of the penguin’s body.
Wrap the black rectangular piece around the toilet paper roll and glue it in place to create the penguin’s body.
Step 4: Attach the Face
Add the eyes and beak at the top.
Step 5: Add Wings and Feet
Glue the black wings to the sides of the penguin’s body. Then, attach the red feet to the bottom, making sure they stick out to give the penguin a stable base.
Step 6: Decorate Your Penguin
