- Colored paper (yellow, brown, white, red, black)
- Toilet paper roll
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Colored markers or pencils
Instructions:
1. Print the Template
Start by downloading and printing the free PDF template on white paper. The template includes all the small parts needed for SpongeBob’s face, hands, and clothing.

2. Cut Out the Template Pieces
Carefully cut out all the pieces from the printed template. These include: eyes, cheeks, nose, eyelashes, sleeves, arms, tie, shirt collar, and mouth.

3. Prepare the Colored Paper Pieces
Using the cut-out pieces as stencils, trace and cut the following shapes from colored paper:
- A large yellow rectangle (for SpongeBob’s body base)
- A brown strip (for the pants)
- A white strip with corners (for the shirt collar)
- A red tie
- Two yellow arms and two white sleeves
- Yellow nose and cheeks
- Black eyelashes

4. Assemble the Body
Begin by gluing the white shirt piece onto the bottom part of the yellow rectangle. Be sure not to glue down the pointed corners—these will be folded later to form the collar.

Next, glue the brown pants strip directly under the shirt piece. Now wrap the assembled yellow body around the toilet paper roll and glue it in place.

5. Add the Tie and Collar

Glue the red tie in the center under the shirt. Then gently fold out the two unglued shirt corners to make a 3D collar.

6. Attach the Arms

Glue the white sleeves onto the yellow arms, then attach the completed arms to each side of the toilet paper roll.

7. Make the Face

Color in the eyes with markers, add black eyelashes, and glue them onto the toilet paper roll. Glue the yellow nose, cheeks, and mouth (color in the tongue if desired). Use a marker to draw the iconic sponge holes on SpongeBob’s face.

Tips:
This craft is perfect for SpongeBob-themed birthday parties or rainy-day indoor fun.
