Instructions:
Print the Templates
Print the free templates on white paper — two sheets with diamond patterns and one sheet with angel faces.
Color the Templates
Color the designs using your favorite shades. We chose blue for the diamonds, but you can pick any color that fits your Christmas theme — silver, gold, or red all look lovely!
Fold the Angel’s Wings and Dress
Take the two sheets with the diamond designs and fold each one accordion-style. Try to make sure each fold lines up with the center of each diamond shape for a neat and symmetrical look.
Assemble the Angel’s Body
Join the two folded pieces together in the middle and fold one-third of each piece backward to form wings. Glue the sections where they touch. Then glue the folded outer parts to the main body — you’ll see the angel’s shape appear!
Make the Angel’s Head and Halo
Cut out two circular face pieces and the halo strip. For durability, glue the face circles onto cardboard and cut them out again. Attach the halo strip to the front face piece, folding the ends inward.
Add the Hanging Loop
Glue a small loop of string or thread to the back of the second face piece. Then glue the two face parts together so the loop is securely inside.
Attach the Head to the Body
Glue the finished head to the top of the paper angel body.
