Materials You’ll Need:
- Toilet paper roll
- Free printable template (PDF)

- Colored paper (yellow, blue, black, white)
- Colored cardstock (optional for durability)
- Scissors
- Glue stick or white glue
- Colored pencils or markers
- Black marker
Instructions:
1. Download and Print the Template
Start by printing the free PDF template. It includes all the pieces needed to assemble your Minion, such as the eyes, gloves, overalls, and hair.
2. Cut Out the Template Pieces
Use scissors to carefully cut out the pieces from the template. These will serve as patterns to trace onto colored paper.
3. Prepare the Colored Paper Pieces
Using the cut-out template pieces:
- Cut a yellow rectangle to wrap around the toilet paper roll (this is the Minion’s body).
- Cut a blue overall shape and white pocket.
- Cut two yellow arms and two black gloves.
- Cut a black strip for the goggles and small black rectangles for the hair.
- Cut out the eyes from the template and color them using pencils or markers.
4. Assemble the Arms
Glue each glove to an arm to form the Minion’s hands. Let dry.
5. Attach Arms to the Overalls
Glue the completed arms to the overall piece so they stick out from the sides.
6. Assemble the Body
Glue the overall piece (with arms attached) and the black strip (goggles band) onto the yellow rectangle. This is your Minion’s body wrap.
7. Wrap the Roll
Wrap the decorated yellow rectangle around the toilet paper roll and glue it securely in place.
8. Add Details
Glue the white pocket onto the front of the overalls.
Glue the eyes onto the black goggle strip.
Glue the black hair pieces to the inside of the roll so they stick out of the top.
Use a black marker to draw a smile.
