White thick paper or cardstock
Scissors
Glue
Colored pencils, markers, or paints (for the black-and-white version)
Wooden craft stick
Tape
Step-by-Step Instructions
Print the template on white thick paper or cardstock.

If you chose the black-and-white version, color all the parts using colored pencils, markers, or paints.

Carefully cut out all the details:
The round background
The aquarium
Two cat paws
The cat’s head

Glue the aquarium onto the round background. Apply glue only along the right and left sides, leaving space between the aquarium and the background.

Glue the cat paws to the top edge of the aquarium (one on the right and one on the left).

Attach a wooden craft stick to the back of the cat’s head using tape.

Insert the stick with the cat’s head into the space between the aquarium and the round background.
Now the fun begins!
Kids can move the stick up and down, making the cat peek from behind the aquarium as if it’s watching the fish swim inside.
