Materials Needed:
- Free PDF printable template (download and print on white paper)
- Colored paper (blue, red, white)
- Scissors
- Glue or double-sided tape
- Colored pencils or markers (optional)
- Wooden stick (optional, for display)
Instructions:
1. Print and Cut Out the Template
Print the template on white paper. Carefully cut out all the pieces: the card base, bow tie parts, the extra heart, and the hearts with messages.

2. Prepare the Colored Paper Pieces
Using the template:
- Cut the card base from blue paper.
- Cut the bow tie pieces from red paper.
- Cut one heart from white paper and one from blue paper.

3. Fold the Base
Fold the blue base piece along the dotted lines as shown in the template. This will form the structure of the card.

4. Decorate the Inside
Glue the hearts with messages inside the card. Kids can color the hearts using pencils or markers for a personal touch.

5. Shape the Card into a Heart
Fold the card so it takes on a heart shape. This will be the front of the card.

6. Create the Shirt and Jacket
Glue the white heart onto the front of the folded card. This represents the shirt.

Take the blue heart and cut a 4 cm slit down the middle. Fold the flaps outward to form the jacket collar.

Glue this piece on top of the white heart to create the look of a suit.

7. Make and Attach the Bow Tie
Assemble the bow tie from the red pieces and glue it at the top of the white heart.

Add two small buttons underneath the bow tie using glue or tape.

8. Optional Finishing Touch
For a fun display option, attach the finished card to a wooden stick using tape—perfect for holding or placing in a flowerpot or gift basket.
